"The Path of Goodness and the Fate of Humanity"

We are always moving—always becoming. As a human race, I believe we will one day reach a level of understanding so deep that science fiction may become reality. Will we live forever, united with the universe? Perhaps. I believe the future holds those secrets, just out of reach for now.

Being good should be as clear as night and day. Good and evil—they exist. And evil, I believe, begins in a cycle. Pain passed from one person to another. Someone is hurt, and in their suffering, they pass that pain on, becoming the very thing that wounded them. If we can break that cycle, we can begin to defeat evil. At least, that’s what I once believed—and still hope is true.

But I wonder: Can I ever truly be good all the time? This world holds so much pain. So many suffer, and too often, it’s the innocent who suffer most. But in truth, neither the good nor the evil deserve suffering. No one does.

I believe goodness is a truth—a way to walk, not just to think. But why is it so hard to follow? Why does it feel like the narrowest of all paths? Would I have died on the cross like Jesus? He was pure goodness—and still, He was led to death for it. And yet, He believed. I strive to be like that. I know hardships will come.

But when I face evil, I will stand. I will show it what goodness looks like. Because the only true enemy of man... is man. And if man can change, then maybe so can the world.
